Bridgette Joy is a Certified Sound Healing Practitioner, Licensed Massage Therapist, and Certified Ancestral Nutritionist with a background in Medical Anthropology. She has held a private practice in Marin County and part time in Hawaii for over 10 years. She has assisted hundreds of individuals find physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing through the use of sound therapy, bodywork, nutrition, and guided journey meditation.

Over the past several years she has traveled all over the world learning about music and studying ethnomusicology. From the Guatemalan marimba to Irish Celtic music, Bridgette is fascinated by music from around the world.

Her biggest passion with sound is its ability to help people tap into their truest self expression. Sound healing is a powerful way to guide people through their internal landscape by altering brainwave states and drop into our parasympathetic nervous system. This is where our bodies can rest and digest our biological processes and thoughts.

A student of sound and music from a young age, Bridgette is a self taught guitarist & singer. She channels song through the energy of her environment and emotional impulses to create heart opening music. Using the power of song, Bridgette loves to use her voice in sessions as a tool to connect to our heart center. She is passionate about showing others the power of the voice as a healing tool.

Pulling from all her training also she hosts intimate and soul nourishing women’s circles to help connect to the feminine & our authentic truth. Her passion for health and wellness stems from a deep desire to show others that embodying a healthy lifestyle can be simple and extremely rewarding for you and the planet.

When not immersed in sound you can find her trekking out into the world exploring the natural sound and beauty this earth has to offer.
