Sonic Shala Weekly Group Sound Baths
I welcome you all to my beautiful sound temple, The Sonic Shala! Not only will you receive a much needed pause and reset from the "outside world", you will also be bathed in joyful community. You will be divinely held in the soft and cozy container I have created so you may feel safe and at ease allowing the sounds to do their magic on you. Space is limited and you won't want to miss out!
What to bring
- All items will be provided, not necessary to bring anything unless you'd like your own pillow (though, I have those too!)
- A positive attitude, an open mind & heart
- A jounral and a pen, just incase you find some inspiration!
What not to bring
- Drugs or alcohol: Including marijuana
- Strong scents: Â Many people are sensitive to smells. So please refrain from wearing strong scents including perfumes, essential oils, etc. We will be offering smudge OUTSIDE before the journey.
- Unregistered guests: If there is someone you would like to bring at the last minute, please get in touch with me at (415)328-3934 to see if there is space.
- Pets: please leave all pets at home, thank you!
