Winter Solstice Women's Circle 

This is a sister-sister act this time around! 

This is a very special woman's circle as it is the first circle I will be collaborating with my incredibley talented sister, Jules. We are so excited to curate an extra special experience for all of you. Jules is an extremely talented artist and musician as well as the most warm and loving human I know. I am so honored to have her here to create with me! She has a very unique and fun gift she is creating just for you!

Do you need a little self care during this busy holiday season? What about a bit of community and a safe place to be heard, seen, and nourished? It’s common for most of us to feel overwhelm and busy as we get ready for celebrations and wrapping up the year. I invite you to take a little time for yourself to check in spiritually, emotionally, and mentally.

As we honor the changing of the wheel and head back toward the light, we have this potent opportunity to find presence. Perhaps more accurately would be to say remember presence because you can’t necessarily find something that was never lost in the first place. But we can remember! Presence is the underlying nature of being. It is the state of complete relaxation as your body, mind, and spirit emerge into one.

Winter Solstice is the shortest day of the year and the longest night. As we enter the peak of darkness we now wait patienlty for the wheel of the year to contiune its journey back towards the light. This is a potent time to come together and honor all that you have within and around you now.

Night’s Intention:

PRESENCE

Can we really feel presence amidst all the hustle and bustle that is the Holiday season? Can we come to this presence with in ourselves and perhaps learn to integrate this feeling into our day to day lives?

This is our hope and intention for all of us that gather on this Winter Solstice night.
