As we honor the changing of the wheel and head back toward the light, we have this potent opportunity to sit with stillness. It's like we have reached the bottom of the barrel where little to no light touches. We are at the lowest, darkest, most still point. What a powerful point to embrace! This cavernous time allows for great wisdom to come through if we just take the time to experience this deep silence. Creatures have already begun their hiberntion, the ground has expereinced it's first frost, and perhaps you have felt this urge to hibernate parts of yourself as well. 

Night’s Intention:

STILLNESS

Can we really feel stillness amidst all the hustle and bustle that is the Holiday season? What even is stillness? Can we come to this stillness within ourselves and perhaps learn to integrate this feeling into our day to day lives? This is my hope and intention for all of us that gather on this Winter Solstice night.
