Work privately with me in this one on one bodywork & sound healing session to achieve greater overall wellbeing. In this 90 minute session you will get the chance to really reconnect with yourself. Bodywork serves as an incredible tool for deepening our self awareness, releasing old traumas, and opening up and clearing our energy channels throughout our body. This is a fantastic way to become primed to receive the powerful medicine of sound. We will dive into an immersive sound healing that will allow you to bathe your nervous system in healthy frequencies.

Participating in a group sound healing experience offers a multitude of benefits. Firstly, the collective energy of the group amplifies the healing effects of the sound vibrations, creating a powerful and immersive environment for transformation. By sharing this experience with others, you have the opportunity to connect on a deeper level and tap into a communal energy that supports and uplifts everyone involved.

Have a group of friends that you know would love to experience a private sound bath in a geodesic dome?! This is such a fun event to do with friends and family. Each person will have their own space to lie back and enjoy the sound journey.

2 people - $75 each 

3 people - $65 each 

4 people - $55 each

5 people - $50 each 

6-8 people- $45 each

 

*Accepted minimum number in a group is two people. 

Participating in a women's circle fosters a sense of deeper connection, friendship, and belonging. For many women there is a sisterhood wound that can be felt as a disconnection: to distrust other sisters and to see them as competition versus allies. We can heal by coming together and seeing that perhaps we aren't all that different after all. As you share your experiences, struggles, and joys with one another, you create a foundation of trust and intimacy that allows for genuine and meaningful relationships to flourish.

The circle provides a space for empowerment, growth, and sisterhood, where you can uplift and inspire each other on your individual journeys.
