It's not just that it's the time of year to be grateful. It's always the time of year for gratitude! Although, it seems even more imperative to hone in on gratitude now given how much is happneing in our world near and far. Living a life in gratitude is not always easy as many things can pull us into states of worry, stress, and fear. Living a life in gratitude regardless of life is a practice. We must practice feeling into appreciation like we go to the gym to strengthen our muscles. This is not about ignoring or turning a blind eye to the real challenges and pains that are happening within and around us. It is about choosing gratitude and essentailly LOVE regardless. This is a true act of courage to step into what is deeply uncomfortable with an open heart and choose to see whatever the situation or feeling is as something to be curious about. Curiosity can lead us to feel compassion and thankfulness for the journey that is life. 

We will be creating something really special for you to take home. It may help you remember to find the little things to be grateful for day to day!
