It's not just that it's the time of year to be grateful. It's always the time of year for gratitude! Although, it seems even more imperative to hone in on gratitude now given how much is happneing in our world near and far. Living a life in gratitude is not always easy as many things can pull us into states of worry, stress, and fear. Living a life in gratitude regardless of life is a practice. We must practice feeling into appreciation like we go to the gym to strengthen our muscles. This is not about ignoring or turning a blind eye to the real challenges and pains that are happening within and around us. It is about choosing gratitude and essentailly LOVE regardless.
