Summer Solstice Women's Circle

Happy Summer Solstice! 

The longest day of the year is officially June 21st and it is a powerful time of coming fully back into the light. We will be gathering on June 22nd, the day after the official mark of summer. 

Why gather now?

All around the world people of various cultures and belief systems have been gathering to celebrate the height of the sun's light on earth. It is a potent time full of energy, passion, excitement and growth. When we come together under such ripe times there is opportunity for even bigger energy to channel our hopes and dreams into reality. It is manifesting power time! 

The night's theme?

I have a theme that I intuitively pick up on for every cirlce I form. The theme for this circle is Embrace the Unknown. This time of year being of such expansive and energetic frequency we soemtimes can go into overwhelm. You may find yourself saying, "Oh my goodness there's so much to choose from!" or "I have so many feelings and emotions about where I am right now in my life that it feels confusing." You could just be straight up overjoyed with life yet feel completely unsure on what to do with all of that beautiful energy. To avoid heading into overwhlem, self-judegment, anxiety, or depression we need to ground oursleves in a safe container. We will do just that! 

I have a lovely ritual and practice for us to do together that I can guaretnee will bring ease, self-compassion, and perhaps even clairty. 

What to expect?

Expect to be cacooned by the magical vortex that is the Sonic Shala. 

Expect to be heard, seen, and understood with non-judgement, compassion, and love. 

Expect to meet new soul sisters.

Expect to learn something new about yourself and others.

Expect to participate in a beautiful Summer Solstice ritual and receive a gift of nourishment... 

Expect to be bathed by a beautiful sound bath.

Expect to leave feeling grounded with more clarity and a sense of gratitude than when you arrived.
