Service Description

Work privately with me in this one on one sound healing session to achieve greater overall wellbeing. Our session will include a 5-10 minute pre-session discussion regarding your current state of wellbeing. After this initial assessment I will choose specific frequencies, rhythms, and tones that would be best suited for your highest good. I will guide you into a light meditation to access a different brainwave state for deeper healing. With the use of the identified healthy frequencies and sounds, I will guide you on a healing sound journey. Post session we will discuss, integrate, and ground before sending you back out into the world.
